USE RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION
Casas do Portinho are ideal for short term stays. The minimum stay is 2 nights, up to 30 days. Stays of longer periods are subject to approval by the accommodation administration.
Can I smoke in Casas do Portinho?
All apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this requirement, which involves cleaning and/or removing of odors, will result in an extra charge of €150.00 per day.
Do Casas do Portinho have kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels?
Yes, the kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances – fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. They have bed linen and bath towels.
These linen and towels are replaced when a new guest enters and afterwards weekly, throughout the stay (or any time at the guest’s request, which may incur in additional costs).
All utensils and equipment are properly inventoried. The theft or damage of these appliances implies debiting the guest of the material at a market price (a replacement fee of 50.00 is added to this value).
Do Casas do Portinho offer a meal service?
No. Casas do Portinho are equipped with the necessary utensils to able the guests to prepare their meals. The food must be acquired by the guests. There are several convenience stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets nearby.
There is the option of breakfast, with a cost of €7.50 per person, per day.

Do Casas do Portinho offer a cleaning service?
Yes. Casas do Portinho has a cleaning service every 3 nights of accommodation, and only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (for example, if your check-in is on a Friday, the cleaning will be on the following Monday , if your check-in is on Saturday, cleaning will only be on the following Wednesday). This cleaning includes, whenever necessary, the change of bath linen. The change of bed linen is carried out weekly throughout the stay (or at the guest’s request, which may incur additional costs).
The cleaning of the kitchen or the dishes for meals is not included in these services. This service, whenever considered necessary, or requested by the guest, has an extra cost of €15.00 per day.
Do Casas do Portinho have a laundry service?
No. Casas do Portinho does not have this service, but there are several self-service laundry facilities nearby.
How can I access the internet?
Casas do Portinho have wireless internet, accessible through a password given at check-in.
Do Casas do Portinho have extra beds and/or cribs for children?
Yes.
Extra beds (max. 1 per apartment) are available upon advance request.
Children under 4 years old are not subject to accommodation costs. But for children with 4 years old and more, there is a daily cost of €10.00 per person.
Can I change the decoration during my stay in one of the Casas do Portinho?
No, the decoration chosen for each of the houses was designed to provide a pleasant and welcoming experience, and should remain unchanged.

Casas do Portinho does not have its own parking, but there are free parking places less than a 1-minute walk away.
